We know many thousands of people have visited Biggar Bank over the years. It was a always a popular destination for young people, courting couples and families alike, and our busy little café has many visitors telling us their memories of childhood fun, romances and dog walks. With this in mind we decided to introduce a memory garden for people to sit and reflect, bring flowers and write their own memory tag for those fondly missed. We bring the messages indoors during the colder, windy months, where they sit immediately inside our doorway for people to browse as they enter or leave the premises.
