As part of the Barrow Dreams: Past Dreams project from BarrowFull, artist Sarah Hardacre co-curated, with women in Barrow, a parade celebrating women from Barrow's past, as well as all the amazing women in the town today.
Placards and banners were created for people to carry, our mayor Judith McEwan led the parade, and there was performances from local artists.
