In September 2024, a cast of Barrovian older people told their personal stories, their dreams and ambitions, in a moving and poignant show - Sinfonia: Stories from Barrow.
Sinfonia is a show with real-life stories; a rich and moving performance interwoven with original music and beautiful choreography.
Created by The Performance Ensemble, the first professional older people’s theatre company in the UK, this was a brand new Barrovian production, with BarrowFull performers and creatives and Barrovian stories; a unique celebration of lives being lived to the fullest.
